All in-stock items are processed within 1-3 business days of your order being placed. As this is a one-woman show, I do my best to get things out to you as soon as possible and will notify you if there are any unforeseeable delays. 



For domestic orders, we ship via USPS or UPS depending on which option you choose. I go by the calculated rates provided by the companies and it's based on the destination and the weight of the order.


International Shipping

For international orders, we ship via USPS or DHL Express. I go by the calculated rates provided by the companies and it's based on the destination and the weight of the order.

The Fine Print 
All customs, taxes, import duties, brokerage fees, or any additional charges by your local government are the responsibility of the recipient. I am not responsible for these fees in any way, as I do not receive any of this money. Since duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered, I am not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact your customs office for more information.  


Refund/Exchange Policy

If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please send an email to within 5 days regarding your purchase, including your order number. I will gladly refund you, process an exchange, or offer a store credit on any faulty item that was overlooked on my end. However, I cannot guarantee a refund or exchange for items that were damaged by the USPS or UPS.

GiftsI am unable to process a refund for a product you received that was gifted to you. However, I am happy to offer an exchange of product or store credit in equal value.

After we've had a chance to discuss the details of your refund or exchange, we ask that you ship your order back before the refund is processed. The shipping is at your expense.


Plastic and Sustainability

I try and be as sustainable as possible when shipping items. All of my art prints are securely wrapped in tissue paper from NoIssue with a cardboard backing and are shipped in a rigid kraft envelope. My frames and pottery pieces may sometimes use bubble wrap that is recycled from other orders. Otherwise, I use cushion kraft wrap and recycled newspaper and ship it in a recycled kraft box. We only package prints in compostable clear sleeves if the prints are sold at events. 


Custom Work

I would love to take on any custom illustration projects, collaborations or prints. For custom pottery pieces, the timeline will have to be flexible as I work out of a shared studio with limited access during Covid-19. Please send me an email to with the subject "Custom Project Request" with details of your project idea and timeline of when you'd wish to have it completed. All requests aren't guaranteed, but I will do my very best to accommodate you.
